Dear Diary 06/22/2020

Dear Diary,

How are you today my friend. I hope you had a good weekend. My weekend was just like any other weekend. No respect! Do you know how hard it is to be the youngest? Everybody is always picking on me and they are think they are the boss of me, and I don’t like it!

I was just sitting there minding my own business watching Bill Nye the Science Guy, All of a sudden… whack! Rapi smacked me on the back of the head.

“What’s up nerd?” he asked me. So I just shook my head. Whack! He hit me on the head again! So I asked him: “Why did you do that?”

He just looked at me for a second like I did not exist.

“Because I can!”

He reached out with his paw and poked me on the nose.

“That is why nerd,” he said with a laugh. I was so angry I poked him right back. That was a mistake. We fought for a second then I ran for my life. I ducked under the sofa. It is safe there, because he can’t fit his chubby tummy between the bottom of the sofa and the floor! And that is where I hid until he forgot about our disagreement.

What’s a baby cat to do, diary? How can I escape the teasing of my siblings?
